Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University; previously Dean of CS at WGU, VP at IBM Cloud, and AI researcher at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. Holds 20+ patents; recipient of the AAAI Best Paper Award and the Daniel H. Wagner Prize from INFORMS.
